Sunlu PLA+ Filament in Black is a durable 3D printing material designed for functional parts and models where strength and appearance are important. With an impact resistance of up to 8 kJ/m², it offers up to three times the impact resistance of many standard PLA and PLA+ materials. The 1.75 mm filament has a dimensional tolerance of ±0.02 mm, supporting consistent extrusion and accurate results. Low shrinkage and good layer adhesion help reduce warping and other common printing issues, while the evenly wound spool minimizes the risk of tangling during use.

Sunlu PLA+ Filament in Black is formulated for applications that require greater impact resistance than standard PLA. With an impact resistance of up to 8 kJ/m², the material is suitable for functional components, prototypes and models that need to withstand regular handling while maintaining a clean appearance.

The filament has a 1.75 mm diameter with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm, providing consistent material feeding and extrusion. Low shrinkage and good interlayer adhesion help limit warping, while the formulation is designed to reduce issues such as nozzle clogging, air bubbles, tangling and excessive stringing. The spool is evenly wound using SUNLU's winding technology to help prevent knots and interruptions during longer prints.

Sunlu PLA+ is compatible with FDM 3D printers using 1.75 mm filament, including models from Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa and Anycubic. Recommended settings range from 50–100 mm/s at 195–205°C to 100–300 mm/s at 205–220°C, depending on the printer and application.
