Sunlu PLA+ Filament - Chocolate

Sunlu PLA+ Filament in Chocolate is a durable 3D printing material for functional parts, prototypes and models where strength and consistent print quality are required. With an impact resistance of up to 8 kJ/m², it offers increased resistance to damage compared with standard PLA. The 1.75 mm filament has a tolerance of ±0.02 mm, supporting consistent feeding and extrusion. Low shrinkage and good interlayer adhesion help reduce warping, while the evenly wound spool minimizes the risk of knots and tangles during printing.

Sunlu PLA+ Filament in Chocolate is designed for 3D printing applications where durability, accurate extrusion and stable material feeding are important. Its impact resistance reaches up to 8 kJ/m², providing increased resistance to impacts compared with many standard PLA and PLA+ materials. This makes it suitable for functional components, prototypes and models that are exposed to regular handling.

The filament has a 1.75 mm diameter with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm, helping maintain consistent material output and dimensional accuracy. Low shrinkage and good interlayer adhesion help limit warping, while the formulation is designed to reduce common issues such as nozzle clogging, air bubbles and excessive stringing. The spool is evenly wound to reduce the risk of knots and tangles during longer prints.

Sunlu PLA+ is compatible with virtually all FDM 3D printers using 1.75 mm filament. Recommended settings are 50–100 mm/s at 195–205°C or 100–300 mm/s at 205–220°C, depending on the printer and application.
