Sunlu PLA Matte White is intended for prints where the surface itself is an important part of the finished result. Its matte finish reduces the visibility of individual layers, giving models a smoother appearance and making details easier to appreciate. The white surface has a soft, understated character and can produce a subtle metallic impression under certain lighting.
The filament measures 1.75 mm in diameter with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm and good roundness for controlled material feeding. It has low shrinkage and is formulated to print without nozzle clogging or air bubbles. Good adhesion to both the build plate and between layers helps maintain the shape and structure of finished models. Each spool contains 1 kg of filament, equivalent to approximately 330 meters.
Sunlu uses mechanical winding together with additional manual checks to keep the filament neatly arranged on the spool. This reduces the likelihood of tangles, kinks, and breaks interrupting a print. The material is vacuum-packed to help preserve its condition before use.
PLA Matte White is compatible with 99% of FDM printers equipped with a heated bed, as well as pen-style 3D printers. The filament is made from starch-based plant materials from renewable sources and is biodegradable, with corn kernels used as a source material. It is also odorless during printing, making it suitable for a broad range of indoor projects.
