With an aroma steamer, cooking simply becomes the pure spa experience: The ingredients retain their full aroma , and the work just gets even easier. This steamer is a closed system for your stove. Fill the rectangular bottom with a little water, or place the ingredients side by side on the steam rack. The glass lid ensures an airtight closure on the small steam cooker, while the built-in thermometer measures the temperature with the greatest precision. Now you can just sit back and relax. When the water starts to bubble, the steam will rise. Fish, meat and vegetables are cooked without coming into contact with the water. There is nothing that burns on or dries out, and most vitamins are preserved by steaming. Thanks to the smart porcelain insert, you can also make a delicious pudding or flan. WMF Cook Assist is an optional digital cooking assistant, which is controlled via an app and which, with the help of a sensor, monitors the internal temperature and emits a signal when the ingredients are cooked perfectly.
