These wood fire pellets are made from 100% real hardwood and are therefore not used as fuel, but purely for the authentic taste. The hardwood pellets are designed with performance and quality in mind to ensure perfect taste. For example, they have a high density and low humidity to create clean smoke and they are the same shape and size for optimal air flow in the smoke box.
