The full metal construction of the food slicer Sono 5 offers a high degree of stability and slicing performance. The integrated floor panel made of high-quality, shatterproof glass gives the slicer an elegant touch. The suspended construction allows the sliced food, cut into appetizing slices, to be laid down directly onto plates and dishes. Furthermore it offers convenient and easy cleaning. The broad-surfaced, detachable carriage allows cutting off larger pieces of food. The slice thickness can be adjusted continuously up to approx. 23 mm. The food slicer sono5 is driven by a powerful and energy-saving 65 W eco motor. A smooth ham- and sausage blade is available for every ritter food slicer.
