FNIRSI WD-02 Wire Detector

The FNIRSI WD-02 is a precision wire detector developed to improve safety and control during drilling, renovation and installation tasks. It is designed to locate hidden electrical wiring, metal components and wooden structures inside walls, ceilings and floors. By combining high sensitivity detection with intelligent processing, the device reduces the risk of accidental damage and supports accurate planning before any work begins.

The unit operates in three dedicated modes. Metal mode identifies both ferrous and non ferrous materials such as steel, iron, copper and aluminum. Cable mode detects live electrical wires and can also identify inactive wiring under certain conditions. Wood mode is optimized for locating beams, drywall supports and concealed structural elements including nails and light metal parts. With a detection depth of up to 120 mm, the detector provides a safety margin beyond typical drilling depths.

A TFT HD color display presents all measurement data in a clear and structured format. It shows the depth of the detected object, its position relative to the center and the material category. Visual indicators supported by color signals and audible alerts guide the user during scanning, making it easier to pinpoint the exact location. Adjustable sensitivity allows fine tuning of detection accuracy depending on the material and environment.

The device features a durable ABS housing with anti slip texture and silicone buttons for improved handling. A built in 300 mAh rechargeable battery eliminates the need for disposable batteries and is charged via USB C. The compact form factor and multi language interface make the WD-02 suitable for both professional use and home applications.
