The Eva Trio Multi series is developed with advanced multi-layer technology, where steel and aluminum are fused together in a three-layer construction. A 2.1 mm layer of aluminum acts as a continuous core between two layers of stainless steel and extends from the bottom up to the sides. This construction ensures an effective combination of the robustness of steel and the superior thermal conductivity of aluminum, which provides fast and even heat distribution throughout the pan.
