Messermeister Future 8cm Paring Knife.

A very sustainably produced paring knife from the knife city of Europe, Solingen. Messermeister has joined forces with Solinger to bring a high quality knife to the market for current and future generations. This knife has a sustainably produced FSC certified red beech handle which has the characteristic of having a good grip or better grip even when wet. When beech becomes wet, the fibers stand upright and thus provide a rougher surface when dry, unlike plastic variants. The blade is high quality stainless steel and with proper maintenance will last more than a lifetime. The metal is 100% recyclable and the handle is biodegradable.
