The COLMI R02 Smart Ring in size 8 (18.1 mm) is a compact and discreet health tracking device designed for continuous 24/7 wear. The ring continuously measures heart rate and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), providing automatic background monitoring throughout the day. It tracks sleep cycles, including light and deep sleep stages, and records total sleep duration to help assess recovery quality. It also supports 21 sport modes, enabling structured tracking of various physical activities such as walking, running, and general workouts, with metrics including steps, distance, calories, and exercise duration.
