COLMI RING 2 is a compact smart ring for monitoring health, sleep and daily activity. It tracks heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen levels, stress and body temperature, with the collected data available in the Q Ring app and supported by AI-based analysis. Automatic sleep tracking records wakefulness, light, deep and REM sleep, as well as sleep efficiency and nighttime awakenings. The ring also supports sports modes for walking, running, cycling and swimming, recording metrics such as steps, distance, calories and workout duration. The stainless-steel design has 5 ATM water resistance and provides approximately 3–5 days of battery life. A 200 mAh charging case with USB-C is included.
Sleep tracking operates automatically and covers both nighttime sleep and daytime naps. RING 2 records periods of wakefulness as well as light, deep and REM sleep. It also measures sleep onset time, sleep efficiency and nighttime awakenings, providing a detailed overview of the recorded sleep pattern.
For physical activity, the ring supports sports modes including walking, running, cycling and swimming. During workouts, it can record heart rate, steps, distance, calories burned and workout duration. Menstrual cycle tracking is also available in the Q Ring app, alongside the other recorded health information.
The app also provides several additional functions. Friends and Family Ranking allows step counts to be compared with other users, while Space of Love provides features for couples such as anniversary records, relationship certificates, Love Reminder and Walking in Sync. Gesture control can be used for selected functions including photos, videos and games.
The lightweight ring is designed for continuous use during the day and while sleeping. Its 5 ATM water resistance allows it to be worn during activities such as washing hands and swimming. The battery provides approximately 3–5 days of use, while the included 200 mAh charging case with USB-C provides a convenient way to recharge the ring.
