COLMI RING 2 combines a compact stainless-steel design with functions for monitoring health, sleep and daily activity. Its sensors record heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen levels, stress and body temperature, with the collected data available through the Q Ring app. Built-in AI functions can analyse information from health, sleep and activity tracking and provide additional insights based on the recorded measurements.

Sleep tracking operates automatically and covers both nighttime sleep and daytime naps. RING 2 records periods of wakefulness as well as light, deep and REM sleep. It also measures sleep onset time, sleep efficiency and nighttime awakenings, providing an overview of recorded sleep patterns.

For physical activity, the ring supports sports modes including walking, running, cycling and swimming. During workouts, it can record heart rate, steps, distance, calories burned and workout duration. Menstrual cycle tracking is also available through the Q Ring app.

The app includes additional social functions. Friends and Family Ranking allows step counts to be compared with other users, while Space of Love provides features for couples, including anniversary records, relationship certificates, Love Reminder and Walking in Sync. Gesture control can also be used for selected functions such as photos, videos and games.

The lightweight ring is designed for use throughout the day and during sleep. Its 5 ATM water resistance allows it to be worn while washing hands and swimming. The battery provides approximately 3–5 days of use, while the included 200 mAh charging case with USB-C provides a convenient way to recharge the ring.
