The Solar-Powered Weather Station provides accurate monitoring of indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity with a wireless outdoor sensor offering a range of up to 100 meters. A large display shows current readings, a 12-hour weather forecast, atmospheric pressure, pressure history, comfort index, and minimum and maximum recorded values. Automatic backlighting improves visibility in low-light conditions, while the integrated solar panel helps reduce battery consumption by supplementing the main unit’s power supply. The outdoor sensor features an IP54-rated housing for reliable outdoor use, and the weather station can be placed on a tabletop or mounted on a wall for flexible installation.
The base station measures indoor temperatures from -9.9°C to 50°C, while the outdoor sensor operates across a wider range of -40°C to 70°C for dependable year-round monitoring. Temperature readings are accurate to ±1°C, and humidity measurements offer an accuracy of ±3% between 40% and 70% relative humidity and ±5% outside this range. Measurements are automatically refreshed every 30 seconds to keep information up to date.
In addition to temperature and humidity, the display presents a 12-hour weather forecast, current atmospheric pressure, and a pressure trend graph showing recent changes. The station also records minimum and maximum temperature and humidity values, displays an indoor comfort index, wireless signal strength, and battery status indicators for both the base station and the outdoor sensor.
An integrated solar panel supplements the power supplied by the batteries, helping reduce overall battery consumption under suitable lighting conditions. The weather station still requires three AA batteries for the main unit and two AA batteries for the outdoor sensor, which are sold separately.
The wireless sensor communicates with the base station from distances of up to 100 meters in open areas and features an IP54-rated enclosure for reliable outdoor operation. The main unit can be placed on a desk using its built-in stand or mounted on a wall, providing flexible installation options for a wide range of indoor environments.
