This is especially true for the surfaces (top and bottom) of the Minus Pad extreme 2, where the optimized material composition offers low thermal interface resistance and promotes optimal heat transfer.

A soft consistency allows the Minus Pad extreme 2 to conform well to the surfaces of the heat source and cooler. Minus Pad extreme 2 is electrically non-conductive and does not cure or harden over time, even with extended use.
